Dr. Cristiana’s philosophy is that conventional modern medicine needs to work in conjunction with functional and integrative medicine to support the patient's healing journey and to address the root of the problem and the core needs of each patient. Our bodies needs to be nurtured and our souls as well. We are all complex and unique but we all are part of God’s creation. Nurturing ourselves, our bodies, our hearts and our souls is the very key to a “better you”. Hippocrates, considered the father of modern medicine was the opinion that “natural forces within us are the true healers of disease”.
